These villas  are designed with two air conditioned bedrooms upstairs, each with queen size beds, en suite shower room and a shared patio overlooking a countryside view. The sleeping capacity of this unit is four persons plus there is a queen size -bed in the living room. On the lower level there is an intimate sitting/dining room with a full bath and a fully equipped kitchen.

There is a courtyard and patio in the front of the villa and a utility and laundry area in the rear, equipped with washer and dryer. The property also has a sundeck on the eastern side overlooking the view with an additional outdoor recreation area on the western side. The outdoor areas lend themselves to outdoor living with BBQ grill and bar. Maintenance fees are EC$2700 per annum and covers  landscaping, painting exterior of building, and maintenance of electronic gates. Note that building insurance is not included.
