To become a part of the CSL community and become a member of the private club, you must own real estate.  Our home options fall into two categories today.  We are offering turnkey townhomes, the “Horizon Villas”, starting at just over $5.65 million USD, or our incredible custom home sites (land only), starting at $2 million USD. For estate site land purchasers, we have a no-requirement build timeline, which is a generous offer in the space today. However, when ready to build, Cabot offers a variety of custom-designed homes to choose from, where we provide general contractor oversight and execution, and even more beneficial, we will commit to a fixed price, protecting you against inflation or increased construction costs.
