The Marina Village comprises twelve one and two bed apartments.

Adjacent to The Marigot Bay Resort and Marina, the village has access to its restaurants, bars, pools and gym. The apartment overlooks the Marina and hotel gardens. The property is located in the courtyard area of the village and is positioned on first floor hence providing a desired gentle breeze with its elevated position.

Marigot Bay is located on the Western Coast of the island approximately 4 miles southwest of Castries It has been described by the American novelist James A. Michener as “The most beautiful bay in the Caribbean.

The Bay is a very popular yachting destination and is able to attract Mega and Super Yachts. Marigot Bay attracts visitors from all over the world and offers an exciting atmosphere.

Ample cupboard space, breakfast bar with two stools. Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, sink, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and blender. Opposite the kitchen is a washer and dryer in an enclosed cupboard.

King Size Bed with two bedside tables and lamps and chest of draws with mirror. Built-in wardrobe. En-suite bath with glass shower, bathtub, w.c and w.b.
Bedroom 2

Twin beds with one bedside table in between with a chest of draws with mirror. Built-in wardrobe. En-suite shower room with w.c and w.b.

A/C units and ceiling fans in all rooms, recessed lights on ceilings. Travertine tile flooring throughout. Mosquito nets on all windows.

Monthly Maintenance Charge

Approximately EC$2,130 per month to include the lighting and cleaning of common areas, Building Insurance (All Perils), Security, Pest control and rubbish removal.

Marina Village Apartment Owners & their guests are able to use the two swimming pools within the hotel and the gym, without charge, providing their maintenance fees are up to date.
