Kitchen:
To the right of the entrance is the kitchen which is well appointed with double sinks, granite work surfaces, electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Steps lead from the kitchen down to the terrace with a stunning view over Pigeon Island. There is also a separate laundry room to the left of the entrance.

Dining room:
Doors from the dining room lead onto the terrace with views of Pigeon Island and Rodney Bay.

Living room:
Steps lead down from the dining room to the open plan living room with an outside terrace which provides access to the pool.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with Juliet balcony, A/C and overhead fan with an En-suite bathroom located just above the pool with a beautiful view over the island.
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with A/C & overhead fan and an En-suite bathroom, and a view of the tropical gardens and sea.

Master Suite: King size bed with a separate dressing area and En-suite bathroom including a bath tub, private terrace, air-conditioning and a spectacular view over the island and sea.

The pool is set below the property and offers a shady spot to relax and enjoy the views.
Cottage with separate entrance from the private road.

Entrance: up to Bedroom 1, double with En-suite shower, small shared balcony. Bedroom 2, also double with En-suite shower room. Steps down to Kitchen with electric hob, double sink, fridge and oven. A door leads to the garden. Steps down to Living room, with an outside dining terrace.

There is also a powder room off the living room.

Bedroom 3: Lower level has a further double bed with En-suite.
